It will not go up at all unless you are around 15 mph (or thereabouts). It will go down if you forget to lower it around 35 mph, but you can't raise it at 35.

And honestly if you need to use the lift you need to be going less than 35 anyway because the rear will probably bounce and hit whatever it is you are driving over.
