Is the 991.2 GT3 bumper abnormally larger than 991.1? pics inside
So this 991.2 pic was posted by CJ Wilson and it immediately stood out that the front bumper looks out of proportion compared to the .1. I realize this is a cup but dimensionally should be close to the street version.
What do you think?

Reason: fixed title
Looks like flared fenders for larger front wheels.
I think he's speaking about the snout being farther out from "smile" vent maybe? The production 991.2 GT3 has exact same front bumper (without tow hook and fender extensions). I wouldn't call it "abnormally larger" myself but it might have that visual effect to some eyes based on extensions.

The cup car is pointier than the previous one- the biggest difference for me is the vertical members of the front bumper. They look like they are leaning a bit.

C.J, you've seen the 991.2 GT3 in the flesh. Did it appear to be the same size as the 991.1 GT3?
From an aesthetic point of view, there is very little surprising which we'll see of final version of this car. It's exactly the same as the Cup car minus the fender flares. The technical aspects hopefully hold some mild nuggets of surprise.
Camera is closer with a wide angle lens which makes the edges seem bigger. It accentuates the slight forward lean on the grille, which I hadn't noticed before but is pretty cool.
