Gotta be a California dealer. I've done the out of state purchase before and have no appetite for it again. If I did, I'm guessing I could find a car at MSRP in another State. I want to buy in State to avoid all the registration/VIN/smog nonsense.

The news is that it showed up in the configurator. I'm wondering if someone is prepping the configurator for the .2 and accidentally made the .1 available again.

FWIW, I don't believe the .2GT3 will be difficult to get. They are going to make enough of them to meet MOST of the demand. The only issue for buyers is when not if they can get an allocation.

Personally I've tuned out of Canadian politics this cycle. However I do think Trudeau is a little too Liberal (his party) for my taste. I also get the impression that he doesn't have the experience or credentials to govern well.

I mentioned that when I posted the link. It was just strange that it suddenly became accessible again. You haven't been able to choose the GT3 on the configurator for a while and then suddenly there it was.

If a small dealer like Porsche Fresno obtains 20 GT3 allocations in the first 15 months of deliveries, no one has anything to worry about. On the other hand, Park Place which is a huge dealer expressed doubt they would get even 40 over a two-year run.
