Where is the cheapest 991 GT3-RS you've seen for sale?

People are saying the 991 GT3-RS is dropping a lot in price. What is the price range in 2017 for a used one? From what I see so far it goes from $220k to $300k USD. Which tells me it's not really dropping!

Other than the earlier MSRP cars, mine is the lowest I've seen at 191k MSRP + 15k markup, car is new, i will be the first owner.
I am also aware of a $204 MSRP car that sold in late 2016 for $215k.

a year ago the cars were going for 75-100 k above list
6 months ago around 50-60 k above
2 months ago till present around 20-30 above
I just bought one, brand new, for less than 20 k above , and Ryan is reporting 15 k above
so relatively speaking , yes the prices have dropped a lot
though the cars are still in demand , and the next big move in my opinion will depend on the .2 generation specs when it is " officially announced" including GT3 and GT3RS

Well we're in 2017, and some predicted MSRP which I think is out in left field minus for a few with relationships. It appears to be around 46 cars available in the US which includes less than 10 cars that are spoken for dealer sales. Mooty is spot on the number is about 20k for used minus a few good deals here and there.
The winter is here, and prices are still slightly up there. The 100k stuff to 50k was just craziness. If you have to pay over 10% its not that bad, but a gamble to wait pending your want. Good luck to those still seeking.
