I have had similar problems with the black interior / black stitching - the conditions I'm under have given me really lousy pics. Got to work on that . I did the red belts and pulls ( along with extinguisher ) as well . Pretty basic spec with no radio , no wart , no lift . Not sure anyone else has had it this bad - I have literally driven the car maybe 50 feet - in and out of the trailer to get it home . Couldn't tell from your pics if you did the PORSCHE logo on top of the wing as I did ? Be happy you didn't waste the money on the red painted RS hub caps - they raised the price hundreds over what I approved - did the same thing with the wheels too .
Just post those pix

I didn't get the PORSCHE wing script..... I like it more on the flat CUP wing.
Ive had that PORSCHE script on my last two cup wings I had on my 997.1 and 997.2. Wanted this to be an homage to the 997.1 GT3/RS that brought my love back to the brand after it went Water Cool.

I couldn't pull the trigger on all black stitching for $4k like you and mooty. and the standard GT silver stitching goes well with white car. This is a first for me, but I usually spec my cars with just vinyl door panels. I actually did all leather with this one. No wart, but I did spec free radio/Nav. Red belts and wheel and no lift (less electronics, the better). Headlights, the standard Bi-Xenon are great, but if the 991.2 LED headlights were available, I would of picked those since the DRL looks like our MACAN GTS 4 dot LED.

No on the RED RS center lock covers...... the red wheels at almost $4k was enough.

I can't believe i said Yes to the Red GT3RS rear emblem.

Cant wait to see pix of your beast bro!!!!!!

This thread got lost...??!?!

Congrats Jon! It's simply amazing isn't it?!?

Just a completely different machine for the 'tuned in' driver.

I find as I gradually increase the RPMs and just general level of spirited driving...add in the time spent washing / detailing... I become much more 'in tune' and truly 'KNOW' the machine. A process that I would argue never truly stops for any driver(athlete)...learning never really ends for the one who is driven.

WELL DONE!!!! I love this look. The deep rich liquid red is just so perfect against the stark white.

I'll definitely be doing a similar look for next season. I'll run white until right before Smokies and then I'll put my first livery on. Then run something like this in '18.

Arrived yesterday and took deliver today.

Simple spec with 997.1/997.2 throwback white/guards red scheme

All weather mats installed with clear front side markers ordered.

Like Four Liter, wing end plates could not be painted CXX guards red.... vinyl red for now and paint later.

Thanks for all your friendships and help throughout the years BMWTYE, AlekShop, Alex (Sharkwerks), Mooty, Chasen1211, Trakcar in helping me spec the RS.

And a special thank you to Z356 Eduardo for helping me get in contact with Porsche Exclusive.

Thanx Phil!!!!!

I haven't been on here much because I've been raising my son..... and to see all these RS here reminded me of the wait. But now that she's here I'm good.

Awesome that you received yours too and I definitely can't wait for the PhilT3 livery to be on.

Congrats on the new deliveries everyone. The 997RS painted wheels and graphics are too cool. 997.1 RS's had awesome graphics and paint schemes IMO.

RyanSD, definitely need to hook up sometime down the road. I need to have mine wrapped before I take it out. I ordered it through Porsche of San Diego.
