Yes, I would think so. PAG has apparently
had no significant quality control issues with
'Miami Blue' since its introduction. And it
would seem to fit into their recent plans that
offered a limited set (normally three additional)
of near-PTS colors to prospective gt owners
as in the case of the 991 gt3 RS & 911R in
lieu of wider availability of what I call 'true'
PTS (where you select from a wide spectrum
of hues). But this is just conjecture on my part.

cerulean blue is the blue to rule all metallic blues.
cerulean blue metallic 570GT
lots of texture and chrome-ish flakes in the paint make it very creamy as well as give it depth
classic combo of the yellow brakes and yellow belts and yellow stitching...I was inspired to spec this car based on the Seinfeld 993TT

Riviera Blue was also a color used on VW's Karmann Ghia many years ago. Really nice color. Given the opportunity, I would choose Gulf Blue.

gulf without accents is, to me, just "ok". the accents are a must in black or orange otherwise it looks like an old car. even worse to me is the meissen color which only looks good on a 356- it looks like a tissue box

Slight OT: Cj, what are your thoughts on the 570GT vs the S. to my eyes the rear hatch looks both beautiful and adds function, but I've heard the GT is more softly tuned?.. is that correct?.. would you trade performance for some storage capacity and a (subjectively) better aesthetic?

Anyone have any guesses which "special paint" (not PTS) will be offered this go around for the .2?
My first guess is Miami blue followed by LO. Praying for signal, but unlikely.
Come on P give us something cool for people that can't PTS!

I'd opt for Gulf Blue with orange accents or Mexico Blue without them. Given the limited time Porsche offers for PTS, I hope someone posts here the minute that order window opens.

....and let's hope by then it's not too late. I'm sure the "top of the line" customers who want PTS will be quickly informed by their SA (assuming their SA knows what he/she's doing.
