One update that I do have is that I went back and reread my codes, Cyl #1 did misfire also. So all cylinders misfired once or twice on two different occasions at initial cold start up. Never any issues running the car to 9k rpm or around that rpm range, just at cold start up is when it threw cel's.

No update Rob, when I posted this originally it was around the Holidays so I didn't have time to deal with it. I erased the codes, put new gas in the car and have been driving it as much as possible with no issues.
