I ordered the PCCB's on my RS from the factory and they are and have been a fantastic bit of gear. After researching the forums and talking with other GT owners the only real step up from here (that I was happy with) is the full MovIt ceramic kit including upgraded rotors and calipers. Not cheap but at the end of the day you get what you pay for.
It took a while to get everything sorted but the customer service and support from MovIt is second to none. They’ve been fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process of getting the brake kit finalized. I can't speak highly enough of their commitment to the customer.

Not to sound like a moron (but I do that often), what's the point of these over the PCCBs? Better performance, quick pad change as mentioned above... they don't look cheap.
The disc material is homogenous all the way through (unlike PCCB which has a thin friction surface laminate on either side) - rotors supposed to last much longer and stand up to tracking better. They do cost a fortune, so based on economy, they would have to last much longer than PCCB rotors to make financial sense (but some just want the best).
Yes you can, although best results are with the MovIt calipers. These brakes are just awesome, but they use Surface Transforms rotors which you can buy directly as a kit. UncleJosh bought and installed this kit on his GT3 utilizing the OEM PCCB calipers. If I recall correctly the kit costs $12 K.
That being said, if price is no object this MovIt ceramic setup is the way to go. Easy swap of pads, solid rotors that will most likely last at least 50 track days with the ability to refurbish them up to 4-5 times. Super expensive up front costs but the durability of these are impressive.
Why wouldn't someone get their pccb refurbished by SICOM first before going for a whole movit set? (If you have steel rotors and those are worn then I guess this makes more sense)
