My 2016 3 is a champ. No bucking. Never heard of such an issue. Are you in CA......perhaps??....

Congrats! Beautiful Car! Enjoy every minute of it.

I think the bucking might be related to driving the car in automatic
I never did and no bucking

Both my e39 M5's had herky jerky bucking starting off and sometimes shifting into 2nd.

My F10 M5 can have that starting out in 1st gear. I have to thread the throttle smoothly to avoid it. Don't recall it happening in my 14 GT3.
