Upload video from track app

Is there a way to upload video from the track app to Pc or iPad?

Connect iPhone to mac using usb
Start QuickTime and do new video
Select iphone for audio AND video
Click start recording on mac
Click play on phone

Doesn't work with QuickTime on PC

Is there a way to record it through the iPhone, instead of a Mac
