I try to drive my Golf R 3-4 days a week ... tuned go cart on coilovers!
Love it. I really enjoy driving my miata for casual trips around town. It's a blast - seems like you are going 60mph around corners, but not close to that, and still having a blast. For such a small, low horsepower engine, that thing really makes me smile. It moves fast enough on the road to be really fun. If I was small enough to comfortably fit into an elise I would own one. I'm convinced only elves can fit in those...

Yeah, I get that for sure. Whether I'm at a son's baseball game or at work, people always make a mention like "damn, why did you drive that today?" or "Where's the Audi/Porsche?"... they can't fathom that I could have so much fun driving around in a car that cost a fraction of the price. Not to mention it's a MT and I drive that thing like I'm Mario Fricken Andretti. Helps me stay under the radar a bit... you only have so many "hooning points" with the locals and LEO so it's good to mix it up. If I drove the same car every day, they'd probably be staking out outside my house waiting for me to leave.
Getting more alike all the time. Trying to sell my GT3 and interested parties stop being so when I tell them it's been on track and has high (5000) miles.
Yeah because too many people are posers who are only looking to buy garage art. I'm a focking driver and damn proud of it. Can't wait to get my RS on the track and reclaim the DE cup and set new personal bests when it gets cooler.
