You can order the EURO version Alcanatara visors that don't come with the stickers. Got mine from Sunset Porsche Parts in OR.

Stickers can come off with a small amount of work. Buy some rubbing alcohol, soak a rag with it and hold it against the stickers. After a few minutes, you can remove the stickers.
