front suspension noise in 991 GT3
have roughly 9k total miles and over 3k track miles. after recently changing front pads, hearing a soft clanking noise from front suspension (drivers side). dealer has re-torqued all front and rear suspension parts, cleaned and re-lubed front strut mounts (to determine if it's a bad strut issue) and the noise continues. dealer is at a loss to figure out the problem, but says it should be safe and reliable for track use. they aren't completely giving up yet, but can't figure out the exact cause.
any thoughts and recommendations would be appreciated!

I had a similar noise but found or to a rock that had lodged somewhere in the wheel well.

Please check my noise
Hi.
I am on the 2014 991 GT3 mk1 in South Korea.
There is a noise from the near the front wheel when it comes.
This noise is "bu ~" while ringing and only at low speed.
Here, even after heim nut has been lubricated through the forum,
Even after replacing the front spring, damper and center lock device, it is useless.
I do not know where I can get rid of this sound anymore.
1. Do you know the exact part name or parts number of Heim nut?
- Korean mechanics do not know exactly where.
2. Depending on the season (summer is less severe in the winter), the temperature is affected by the difference in occurrence. If not heim nut, what is the suspicion?
3. It is a perfect car if you really subtract this noise.
I take courage to translate scarce English into the power of translator.
Please help me.
