I don't think there is anyone on this forum who would say no.

The .2 C2S is a better model anyway. Why spend $200K+ on an RS??

The new carrera S must be really impressive to draw such conclusions... Obviously different cars for different purposes but still!

You must consider the source. The .1 / .2 comparisons have become toxic on the 991 forum. They've moved up the food chain to claim the .2 is better than sliced bread now.

Agree but if a driver with any experience at all can even put them in the same zip code that says something. I know which one I'd pick though!

Spoke yesterday with a dealer sitting on three RS's asking big markups who indicated that they are 'adjusting their thinking on market pricing'... Told me to make an offer. I'm sure they're still looking for a premium, but a lot lower than the ridiculous number they've been hoping for.

Gebhardt lapped the .2S around the Ring within 6 seconds of the RS. Not much between the cars.

Amazing! Of course the experience is far different and the RS is a feast for the senses like nothing else I've ever experienced. But it's pretty cool that the new carrera is so fast.
