We did not cut it, its not cut on the .2GT3 with PDK either.

Same on mine. Put one on the RS and did not cut out for the fins. Unfortunately I don't have any data on the car since then but will try to get some in 2018

Dundon Race Headers and Catted headers fit under the 911R Diffuser, no modifications necessary!

I have one on my 991 GT3, didn't cut the hole for the oil cooler fins, and it's been fine on track and on the road...

(I just saw that you asked about PCCB refurbishment in another thread: If it is still something you wonder about maybe I can help. I have 4 discs to my GT3 that has been refurbished. Not used them. Still running irons on the 997.)
