Today I went to my dealer to have my 991 GT3RS serviced. To my surprise as I have only seen this car in pictures posted in the internet somewhere in Germany. Here in Illinois I saw this car in person. Someone vey lucky will take home this stunning "Acid Green" Paint-To-Sample (PTS) 991 GT3RS.

not 'Acid Green' but actually 'Lichtgrün / Birch Green',
color code 253?
'Acid Green' has been recently approved. It's pretty close
to 'Lichtgrün'..but I didn't think it was approved in time for
the 991 gt3 RS which had a color deadline of July 2015!
According to ptsrs (Will), this is birch. From his instagram:
The first PTS Birch Green (Lichtgrün) 991 GT3 RS for North America has landed at Napleton Porsche in Westmont, Illinois! This one also has several Porsche Exclusive touches such as the 997.1 RS decals and the Porsche script decal on the wing, as well as Acid Green stitching inside and PCM painted in Birch Green. Confirmed by the owner as Lichtgrün / Birch Green (253). His Instagram is http://instagram.com/andrewwmarks. This also has several Porsche Exclusive CXX upgrades outside and inside.
I'm about 5 weeks until adding mine. IMO, acid green is the wildest color Porsche has. I would have def ordered it if it were available back last July.
I don't have any new pictures yet, I've not seen it for 6 weeks - still at 9 miles sadly. Viper Green with Lava Orange Interior/Red Orange stripes. Factory tied it all in pretty nicely.
