Big, heavy, point and shoot. Cruise missile. Incredibly fast, I'm just not a fan of the looks (like a dog taking a dump..) stock wheels are also overdone. M6 Gran Coupe?

i got Mclaren 675LT
missing the sound engine , the mechanical feel
i don't think there is a car that similar to the GT3
i can't put my finger why it's so special.
i couldn't found any GT3RS.
GT3 with Manual transmission
i think will be prefect car.
the next GT3 will offer that?

thanks

My recommendation for a daily driver is the new X5 M. It will out handle any "RS" or "AMG," great value for the money, extremely comfortable, nice navi, nice stereo. Obviously fast with around ~640 actual crank hp from the factory. I love mine - one of the most impressive cars I've ever owned.
If you don't like the 675LT, I don't think anything can help you! I picked up a 650S not long ago and I don't miss my old 991 GT3 at all.

one of the best car ever build.
if i missing my GT3 that's mean i don't like the 675LT?
SUV can't be fun to drive , i have Macan Turbo
and for SUV this is as close you can be to a sport car feel and feedback
in my opinion it's much more fun then X5M.
but it's not the same as a light and nimble car.
if you have 650S and you don't missed the GT3 NA 9000 rpm engine
the noise and the mechanical feel , that's really wired.
i think i will always want to have a GT3 (or other Porsche GT cars) in my life , doesn't matter what other cars i have ,
for me Porsche it's the best sport car company in the world.
how can 475 HP car can be faster then other cars with 100+ HP more and similar weight? fantastic engineering
i drove the 650S , not sure how Mclaren did that , but the 675LT feel like a completely different car.

The only Porsche I miss is my old 996 GT3 4 Liter. Anyone who has been a "GT3" guy since the model's inception will agree that the cars became less and less fun with each generation, despite being more and more fast.

Pelo- if you want a daily driver a lot of people are assuming you want a fast car that has nice comfort features not necessarily a clone of your GT3.
I like rankings- so I'd say a sedan makes more sense than the GT4 which is definitely not too stiff. But, houston is prone to awful streets and weather. So I'd get an AWD fun sedan- lightly used
RS7
WRX
AMG?

I digit you guys don't get the RS4/6 over there!
I'm with CJ on a sports sedan. Get some variety and something stealth but quick which is also practical and uncompressed for comfortable long journeys...
Check out the 2016 Alfa Guilia QV for something different. 50/50 weight, light, manual, gorgeous interior and exterior with CF hood and roof, 505 Bhp engine by Ferrari and 7.39 Ring time (not sure I believe it). I'm putting my name down for one as my DD, have fallen in love with it regardless what the Alfa h8ers say....it's coming to USA in next 4-5 months and it won't break the bank....

i remember the op's post from a few months back saying his 1gt3 bored him
high troll/idiocy content on this thread from op and a few select others imho... not in any way disrespecting other, good member's attempts at providing solid advice and perspectives
for me, it's hard to engage seriously on this one
anyhow...

not only GT3 , in general most of the old sports car
cars used to be much smaller , lighter , simpler , more involving
i'm not surprised that the older guys don't like the new cars , they grow with much more "fun cars"
today it's all about numbers , for examples Nissan GTR and Lamborghini Aventedor
both are very fast cars , i prefer Cayman S or even Honda S2000 then both of them.
Ferrari and Porsche use to weight around 1000 KG
they don't need 500 HP engine to drive fast.
