Default Annual GT3 service

It is time for the annual service on my 2015 GT3. I was just wonder how much the dealerships were charging for this.

IIR correctly, it's about $300-$400.

Oh Lord no. I think it's primarily just visual, with an oil change.

Annual service inspection including oil, oil filter and brake flush with tax was $430.

Pg 15 in the Maintenance booklet- every 12kmi or 2 yrs. That is for US spec.

I'm at 10k but thinking I should do a plug change before the smokies event. Would hate for it to start acting up on a fun weekend. I'm sure after the weekend I'll be at almost 12k

So can someone with experience/knowledge tell me what will happen if you don't change plugs after 2 yrs or 12K miles, aside from warranty.
