I was wondering - you now...many sounds and cracks in an RS - but this was different - like a cup car driving slowly and schifting! Difficult to explain.

My GT3 (which is basically sold) is in at the dealer to have the gear box checked. Budy of mine driving it after I have pulled it out from winter sleep thought the gear box made a lot of noises. Dealer made measurements and have sent them to PAG and is waiting for the verdict - new gear box or not ...

Will keep you guys posted.

Honestly I did not notice any strange noises during my time in the car.

On top the PCM also failed. A new has been ordered and it will be installed soon. Again, when I had put the car to rest for the winter I had no issues with the PCM and now it failed ...

PS: Dpending on weather the RS will go back on the road in one or two weeks

So very true!

Asked my Porsche Service Center when doing my first service on my 2007 GT3 if there was anything special to think about the GT3.

"Yes, drive it like you stolen it and you will be fine."
