Thanks! I hear ya, especially after combing through this forum, I know that there will be no return! Thats why I plan on keeping the car for life
The search for this car was frustrating for sure, especially since I thought I had no chance at it, but after going through the process, I know I am very very lucky, and to tell you the truth, it just hit me that I am getting this car when my SA sent the pics today the smile that has been on my face all day isn't going away anytime soon

Quick Update: After what feels like forever (2 weeks!!!!) the car has finally arrived in Massachusetts! (Held up due to MA requirement of registering car and having license plates as well as some snow ) I have been cheesing all day long, nothing will wipe this smile off of my face! I had the car shipped directly to Unique Car Care (per the referral by many RL'ers) out in Stoneham, MA so Rick Nelson and crew can clean up the car and take car of some xpel. I went over and took a quick look, and I must say the Carrara White Metallic really stood out when I saw it in person, the pop that the car shows is astonishing. As many on here have said, it had that colder look to it and I must say I am absolutely glad I went with CWM over the standard white. The one thing I did do with the car was sit in it and start it up, the LWB's felt really comfortable and snug, and I can't wait to get a feel of it while actually driving it. The exhaust note is absolutely brilliant on start up (especially after listening to an altima for the past 2 years, my brother has a GTR and the GT3 sounds a 100 times better than the GTR, thank god for NA engines). I can't wait until I go and pick this thing up on Monday and actually drive it. One thing I noticed was the guards red painted key looks a little bit faded when taking a picture kind of like Lava orange does when you take pics of it, but the key in person looks so much darker and richer in color, I love how it turned out (I know, I know, I could have gotten it from eBay for 30 bucks). Another observation I enjoyed of the car was the chrome headlight washers, for some reason it makes it look a little more sleek than if it was painted the same color as the car. Final observation would be, I really like how the side mirrors with the lower black trim turned out. I noticed there weren't as many on the pics I've seen on RL and was worried maybe there was a reason for that, but in person it definitely gave it a meaner look, and stood out similar to the way the black rims, and the front lip do on the car.
On another note: I have to give a big shout out to Porsche Roslyn out in New York, and especially my SA Sam Gadkar, Sam has been a world class professional while I worked with him, countlessly answering some of my stupid questions, and responding within reasonable time to my enquiries for updates on the status of the car. Sam took great care of the car(made sure there were no shipping spacers left on the car, and everything was intact) while it was held up at the dealership, and got me this allocation when I had thought that it would be impossible to find one. He assured me from the beginning that he thought I would have a good chance at an allocation and he was spot on. Sam also had the car shipped to me, rather than making me setup pickup. Lastly he has sent some of the smaller things that really make me feel appreciated as a customer as he sent a personal card when we first started discussing ordering the GT3, he sent a porsche calendar, and he sent a paperweight of a 918 with the GT3. So I really appreciate all of his efforts throughout the process, and highly recommend him, if any of you are in the area or even out of state as I was, as I have learned Sam definitely treats his clients well! Here are a couple pics, and I will post some more after the work on the car is completed!
