It is fixed, though, so you lose the last inch or so of forward seat travel.

The 2 smaller pics are of the Rennline brackets. The large one is of the Speedtactics bracket in my car. The Rennline are nice and more expensive. The Speedtactics is less expensive and more basic but offers ease of installation and it does the job.
