Default Good bye Porsche and rs bs

As a life long Porsche customer I have been driven away by the disheartening rs situation. Today it's official as I just ordered a 488. I'm kind of sad to driven away from a brand i love but enough is enough and I feel relieved to not have to stalk this board and other places for a glimmer of hope on a car (rs) that I surely won't get or will get ripped of getting. My 2c

Sad to see you go, but a Fcar 488 is not a bad 2nd choice.

Sad to hear, but I completely understand. Drive the 488 for a year and then come back to the nr1 brand when things are back to normal.

Because the upcoming 488 Speciale will be so much easier to acquire than an RS. But I get your frustration.

I have owned both brands and can relate as well to the frustrations. 488 GTB is an amazing car, enjoy it!!

A 488 in the garage would take care of a lot of ill feelings.

I see where you are coming from but I think you will reconsider that position when you try to get your hands on a special edition ferrari. I own several ferraris and a 991 GT3 and for the life of me see nothing wrong with the fact that supply and demand is determining the price of the new RS. If the price ever comes down, I may end up buying one, but in the meantime I will enjoy driving the GT3 and won't feel any less complete for not having an RS…The 991 GT3 is a technological marvel and a true bargain. You are gonna love the 488 though!

Ferrari BS is just as deep as Porsche BS..

At the end of the day one car will make you happier to drive....do what you have to do to get it.

Congrats. My take here is "life long Porsche owner" ... PCNA/PAG should be listening.. Glad you found someone who'll take your money. Post pics when it arrives.
