The pit speed limiter is programmable, Tried mine and like an F1 car I braaap bap braped along at 40 KPH. Hilarious! The dashboard display the speed you have programmed.

I have my curiosities about how useful this is even in a real pit speed limiting scenario... with my HANS on I can barely look down to hit the PDK sport button, let alone fiddle with something that is critical to controlling my speed!

Yeah, they should've put it on the steering wheel.

Yeah, my 200E diesel rental car does the same thing.
But they call it speed limiter so you don't accidentally go 2Kmh over the speed limit in a traject zone that calculates time spent and speed and sends you a ticket home.
Like a reversed cruise control, keep foot on gas, gas doesn't go over and even brakes on downhill to prevent tickets.
Porsche could have saved themselves a center console button.

Pit speed limiter needs to be enabled in a menu before it does anything. If enabled, cruise control is disabled. Tried it on Wednesday at the track, set for 40 KPH if you don't press hard on the gas it behaves like cruise control. If you try to accelerate it goes BRaaaaaaaaaaaaapapaapapapapapapap down the pit lane. Very loudly in fact.
