No lift for me; extra weight and one more thing to possibly go wrong. Lip is a consumable like rotors/pads. At a couple humdred bucks, stock up a few and replace yearly (or for next C&C).

Thanks everyone. I know replacement lips are cheap compared to the $3500 lift option, but I do like what Nate said about the housing situation, especially since I move around quite often. Hey, what's another few thousand dollars on a $200k car, right

I just told my dealer to throw the lift on the ol' option list. He chuckled when I told him since he had told me the same "it's better to be safe just case" statement when I submitted my "1st" spec list months ago. I guess now I won't have to sign the "we told you to get a lift" clause upon delivery
