Mercedes will be unveiling an AMG van, so you never know...

HAHA... I guess what I said could be taken into that interpretation because I didn't specify. But I meant there is going to be a new special version of the GT3 RS.

It will be "The Final Edition GT3 RS". Final edition referring to it being the last naturally aspirated GT3 RS.
Sad news for the future but good news for the present.

So this year they announced 2 versions of the 991RS?? I thought its the mk2 991 Carrera S that they will reveal…

We will see... Information is from a very reputable source with lots of connections in the porsche motorsport world. All we can do it wait and find out.

Doesnt look like it. While the 911 family as a whole will turn to turbo power, Preuninger reiterated that GT3 versions would stick with natural aspiration.

I like atmospherical engines, because they are more linear, better driveability, lighter, more emotional, he says.

Good news for manual gearbox fans, too. While the current 911 GT3 and GT3 RS are dual-clutch PDK paddleshift only, Preuninger suggests future models will offer a conventional three-pedal option.

So how many of us are going straight down to their favourite dealership and putting down a deposit?

There was already a deposit frenzy back in October last year when the rumour first came out - probably meaningless given the premiums dealers will probably be able to get...
