Agree. The bandwidth has been increased for the 991 GT3, and a higher percentage will choose not to have LWBs, compared to previous GT3 generations.
There are guys posting about using their GT3 as their DD/ do everything car, which you would never have seen with the 996, and very rarely with the 997.

The LWBs at least my exp
are comfortable as standard 4 ways seats
GT3 (or fwiw 458) , at least in EU, w/o LWBs
value when re-sold is much less (do not suits for collectors
without a proper sportcar package)

Porsche should have exported the GT2 style ROW buckets with adjustable seat back rake angle to the U.S. I bet they would of been more popular and more comfortable than the fixed back 918 versions. The 918 versions do look better...they probably don't have the side air bag required for usdot regs.
I am assuming you can adjust the rake angle of the seat back of the GT2 bucket..not just tilt them forward for rear cabin access ?
