Ha ha. Not really though.
Just interesting to watch the soap opera unfold..
The limited car thing brings in the buyers who want it just because it's hard to get, and dump them as soon as the Viagra wears off. Buying cars, driving them, and selling them for a profit isn't a party that lasts long. You're seeing that party moving on now .. Just making observations.

I find the ad to be of a predatory nature. I'm surprised a Rennlister would attempt to squeeze a fellow enthusiast on this forum. Remember the OP is not the owner but rather looking to make $$$ on a fellow Rennlisters back. In my world this is no better than a stealership.

Everyone is a critic...
The Rennlist police are out in force...
Who the hell cares? These cars are still relatively hard to find. This car in many peoples eyes is the right spec. It's under most every other car on the market by 10-15K and in some cases 20K. Low options rock for resale IMO. No need to take the hit on a over spec'd car. And if he makes 10K good on him...

I have no position or opinion on the OP's car or asking price.
But the sales records for the last 30 days in Southern CA indicate that used GT3s on dealer lots are on average being moved at around 7% below MSRP of the car. (Numbers include both 2014 and 2015, with the 2014 going for less than their '15 counterparts across the board.).
Which means those owners who traded in their GT3s "lost," on average, even more than 7% off their original MSRP price.
Just passing along info.
Good luck to the OP.
