Site problems using IE

Is anyone else experiencing slow response from the Rennlist site when using IE? For the past day or two the forum seems to load but then is slow to respond, disk activity is constant (the little spinning wheel), and eventually I get a "rennlist.com is not responding" message from IE, the browser locks up, and I have to go to Task Manager to shut it down. After a few tries I can usually get to the site and it appears to work normally although this time I finally gave up and used my iPad.
It's pretty frustrating. BTW, no other web site is causing this problem for me.

It's working fine for me in Windows 10 w/Edge browser running in Parallels on my Mac, and it is also running fine in safari directly on my Mac.
Not necessarily related, but I had very similar issues a few weeks ago on my iPad in Safari, and I had to restore the iPad. It worked fine in Chrome on the iPad.
I think trying the clear cache, clear history ideas are worth doing. Also, when in doubt, reboot!

Yes, my cache clears automatically whenever I close IE but I ran a cleaning program just to be double sure.

Same here..
I can get into any other site no problem...rennlist takes forever to load, locks up almost immediately.
I usually give up, go to fchat, then check rennlist later on my daughters MacBook....

So many problems with rennlist lately. This new app is horribly designed. Bugs everywhere. You can't upload more than one picture. No PM notifications on the app. When you touch a thumbnail pic, a different pic shows up. You have TWO cayman forums. It's a clusterF. I declined to renew my membership at this point. The forums members here are great, but the maintenance of this site is actually one of the worst around

Ok, so it's not just me. So what's going on? It's a PITA to have to use a different browser just for RL. MOD's, can you shed any light on this issue?

I had to post 6 threads to put up 6 photos today?!?! Not having timing issues but something seems to be amiss here. Who are the mods? NormLly on a forum they're active participants but they don't seem to be on RL? Unless they don't frequent the GT3 forum?

FWIW, as of this post, I signed on and have been able to navigate the site without issue after having continuous problems the past two days. Weird. So was there previously a glitch, was something fixed, or what? It would help mitigate the frustration factor if, when there is a problem, we could be notified so we don't waste time banging our heads against the wall. Just sayin'......

I had problems yesterday with my laptop running IE. Switched to the Mac running Firefox and had no issues.

It's the site.
Great site, but a notice would be nice.
It's frustrating to go to those "isitupnow" sites and see "website up all fine". Fooey![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I factored out all the other variables:
laptop vs. desktop vs. netbook
chrome vs. IE
ISP1 vs. ISP2
windows (3 versions)
cleared cache
signed in vs. not
closed youtube browser
closed email
closed everything else
rebooted
