I'm not much of a pepita / hounds-tooth / plaid fan like most traditionalists... but I've always been fascinated by camo...

Finally got my ClassicFX covers fitted today. A chum passed them on to me selling his Spyder after only 4 weeks use so they were no good to him.
They are easy enough to fit but as a 'top tip' I covered the central velco tabs on the base seat with a plastic bag and it makes it so much easier to pull it out of the slot in the padding and the same when fitting the new covers.
Just need to sort the slight crease in the base pad if it doesn't self-resolve

I love it...I considered the pepita look when I started looking at new seat inserts. In the end I wanted a more OEM option look Red Alcantara so went that direction but I agree the retro pepita looks badass and classic, a very good choice indeed.

Looking for inserts for my new 991.2 GT3 Touring. Which one shoud I order from? Garry from Classic FX, Justin Placek or P1-designs? I know that
Justin takes 3600 euros + VAT. Which one would fit my car best? Any tips? Chalk with yellow calipers and black interior.

I just made my own. Yes I know most of you don't have professional seamstresses on staff and industrial machines etc.
I'm very pleased with the results.

This material is awesome. I also added some knit backing to give it additional strength and to keep it from stretching. It's all in the details.

I liked my "main, darker" stripe going horizontal.
Crazy to see how different the fabric looks when you turn it sideways and run the stripe vertically eh?
I went for this look. Not sure if factory orientation or not. Both ways look good.

I'll post final pics once we take some outdoor pics in natural light.

Here’s the transformation in my spyder. Kim at P1 was a pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t find anything to ‘go’ with brewster green so I stuck to the greys - always wanted a tartan! Fabric is from lochcaron.
