The SP7-X flush mount scissor has a 7000 lbs capacity. It lifts our '13 Cayenne GTS with ease.

Would any consider a 4 post so u could store a car under the Lift. Additionally you could get 2 rolling 4 post bridge jack for suspension/Brake work. Lastly called a contractor who wanted a guarantee that the cement slab in the garage is at least 5-6 inches thick for a 2 post.

My garage just barely fits two cars. So if I got a 4 post, I could fit a car under the lifted car, but that's still just 2 cars.

With the flush scissor lift, I can still fit 2 cars just like before installing a lift.

So I think it depends on your particular garage configuration.

rolling jack stands allow for suspension, brake work...
I installed this more for the safety factor, we still have an asymmetric bendpak two post, however, working on cars alone in the garage got me worried. There were times when cranking on caliper bolts or suspension bolts that I got the car to rock a bit.
