Open Track insurance claim experience?

There are a few threads about Open Track track day insurance. If you do enough track days, it looks like a good deal. Just wondering if anyone has been unfortunate enough to file a claim and, if so, what the experience was like?

My understanding is that this is a new program, so you're likely not going to find many people that have needed to file a claim. I asked Benjamin if the program has had to pay out any claims yet, and I was told that they have paid out one total loss so far.

I am using them also. Mine began 5/27/15 and is in force for one year. Makes is easier without having to register in advance for insurance. Also I can do afternoon lapping at Pacific Raceways and just do partial days like that without having to buy a whole day's insurance.

I recently got the insurance, with coverage for three cars. Not sure about the status of payment, but we were told that the insurance went into effect soon after we decided to get it.

Yeah, they're great about answering questions, but slow with actual paperwork. Hoping this policy is legit...

I sent in the original signature form but have yet to get the policy or a request for payment, even though they said the policy would go into effect before my event last week. Not confidence inspiring and starting to wonder if the pricing is too good to be real.

Hmm, weird stuff. Maybe I better slow down until this gets sorted out ...

I have also sent the application and have been told by Ben I am covered starting 12 June. I'm still waiting on the policy. I called him last week and he emailed me back this response:
Hey David,
Got your voicemail… stuck on a conference call right now. Your coverage is bound (effective a week ago today, 6/12) and we are just waiting on the policy now. Should have it today or first of next week. We’re having a few new tracks added to the Track Transfer endorsement which is delaying it a few days.
But you are all set and covered!
Hmmmm.
