Wish we could request no front bumper drilling, though. (BMW let's you request this for Euro Delivery. They either use double sided tape, or let you use your tow hook plate mount.)
The front tag on my car has been double sided tape AND speed tape to secure it.
I filled out the same type of document.
I also confirmed in writing twice after that they would not drill the bumper. So, no holes drilled.
I have also brought a precut Suntek front "clear" bra to install myself. I will install at my next opportunity. DIY Suntek is relatively easy.

You probably know this but make 110% sure that the paint surface is absolutely clean before you install it. Otherwise, you'll do more damage than good by jamming anything against the paint.
