Your intended use should be considered... if it's to be a track car, I'd probably do it. If you want it to be a garage queen, I'd pass.

They have offered me the car on a lease via Porsche financials. Car is in LA. Total repair was $12K and was on a lift to be checked. I will drive it for day to day use if I take it.

If the car is straight and repaired properly, i dont see any problem with it. Why? it is priced right. I assume you want to save right? Otherwise you cannot buy a well optioned car without a history below MSRP.

If you buy it cheap, you sell it cheap. Go for it.

Be quick, a car this good will sell quick. i say good because i assume it was repaired properly. The cost to repair is not always a good estimate to severity of damage because the model is new and there are no replacement parts. Would you want a car repaired for 2k but all nonOEM parts? i wont.

I would pass. Too many other cars out there without a story. Even if you get a good deal, you will loose any savings you gained when you have to sell it one day

Better off buying a used one from a Rennlister here who is upgrading to RS- there are a few already avail and we are all do **** car will be perfect
