Ha...ha... Not all guys with cool cars are mechanically inclined.

Assuming it's a nail or something like that, I would just have the tire plugged, but the issue you'll run into is finding a tire shop that can remove the center lock wheel if it's in a weird spot. My guess is that they could just get the car up in the air with a jack or a lift and plug it with the wheel on.

Like others have said a nail through the sidewall means the tire needs to be replace. I have never had a tire patched from the inside. My E92 M3 got a puncture 50 miles from the Performance Delivery center the day I picked it up. Had it plugged at a tire shop.

I wouldn't stress out about it. It should be a simple fix.

Thumbs down tire repair

A plug is not a approved repair on a Michelin tire.

A plug really isn't a god repair on any tire. Patching, while a pain, is best.

bad memories.

I had a puncture at less than 200kms on the rear right...

the best is to change the tire if you will track your GT3 especially with the crazy temperature of those MPSC2 after heating cycle. Safety is way more than 600$ tire replaced.

Special care for Special car.

my 0.2cts.

plug or patch ( or both ) if it were a brand new Camry ...but it is a GT3 ...if you have a blow out at high tire temp and loading leading to expanding cord separation/ failure from prior puncture damage during " enthusiastic " driving causing bodily injury to car or passenger and the patch or plug is discovered forensically...insurer may ......you know the rest

Had a repair a few years ago on my C4S. Had tire removed, plugged then patched from the inside and never had an issue, grant it I never had it on the track.

Let me get this picture straight. OAT 75F. Been on the track for 15 minutes. Speed on the straight 152mph and "Oh Yeah" plug tire.

The tire has been replaced. Where I live, the damage was around USD950;; including all the necessities.

Thanks all fellow rennlister for the kind words!
