Default front axle lift question

Are you supposed to do anything prior to jacking up the car?
I was jacking up both front sides this morning to try to fix the lip spoiler. I noticed when It came back down the passenger side is sitting much lower. I had not noticed this previously.

Not that I know of but did you try to cycle the lift up and down to see if it corrects?

Are pics of the lift engaged?....So one side is lifting and the other is not?.....or is one side now sitting lower with the car "lowered"?

Yes, I did. I'm wondering if the car is so stiff this is due to a slight angle of the garage? Maybe I had not noticed it yesterday.

The pics are with the car on the ground and the lift system "lowered".

I will pull it out and see if they are equal.

thats a big gap theres no way that your garage is angled to that degree?

is there a "lift lock out" that needs to be set prior to jacking similar to a cayenne w/ air suspension???

Not sure. I pulled it out and it seems to be very sensitive to the ground being level. Both sides seemed to even out. Not exactly equal, but not as acute as in the garage. My garage floor is pretty uneven and the driveway is also not perfect. I think it's just the ground doing it.

No lift lock out on the GT3.

Glad it's not a problem.

Just went out and double checked. Both sides are sitting equal (27.25 from ground to fender). For some reason my garage floor throws off the ride height. I wonder if it will be a problem for the springs? I might have to try parking it in another orientation.

Looks like the winter testing pics. Time to get to a mall parking lot and do some car control practice!

Can't make it down my driveway now. It's steep and covered, with small pond at the bottom across the road. My neighbor went in the pond in his Corvette some years ago I hear.
