I went with DCT on my M and missed the manual. Since then I've been buying manual Porsches. I think the dual clutch deals work better on some cars than others. It just fits the character better. However, I haven't been able to get myself engaged to driving with the paddles in the M. I just feel like a tool driving around flipping paddles, so 99.99999% I just flip it to auto. I want to like these gear boxes, but it doesn't feel natural to me. Maybe I'm just a slow adopter.

Skiing is now 'cooler' than snowboarding again so fashion is no longer a factor in choosing to board. Boarding is better for off piste. Skiing is better in pretty much every other way. All I know is that I'm an intermediate to good skier and I wait a very long time fortune 99.9% of snowboarders to catch up. And don't get me started about chair lifts!!!

Manual is like sex; impossible to imagine there could be something better.
Then you try PDK-S in the GT3, and unexpectedly find that there's something better than sex.
