my wife was shotgun most the time, and she enjoyed it (her DD is a 2013 Boxster S), so not too much bouncing or noise.

Just saw the extra pics--WOW. It's a stunner (love that far off side shot--just looks mean).

questions on the buttons, i searched first but not quite finding the answers:

suspension button is pretty self explanatory, track mode (kidney pounding) and road mode, got it.

ESC off - basically tail wagging mode, lets you step it out a bit, but still will try to keep you from doing something really stupid

ESC + TC Off - full on Chris Harris mode - drift your way into YouTube lore, or the nearest highway barrier...

PDK Sport - this is the one that I'm still fuzzy on. it works differently if you are auto vs. manual mode?

in auto it bang shifts at redline, and from what I understand is track only.
in manual it won't force downshifts, and you are on your own.

so for street, manual with PDK sport and you control it, even coming to a stop.

for track - PDK sport in auto or manual, so point and shoot, or finesse your shifts.

am I missing anything?

You got it.

I only drive sport + manual and it's perfect. I tried sport auto on the track and it was great, allowing me to focus on the line. However, it got confused when I got into trains... Just a warning.

Thanks! I'm out of town until Sunday. Believe me, I would have been over there this morning if I wasn't.
