Default sport bucket seat

how does the comfort compare between the sport bucket seats and the 18 way adjustable? Do the sport bucket have any adjustments short of forward and back with seat and back rest?
thanks

Don't know about the comfort factor [have yet to receive mine], but there is a seat height adjustment, raises and lowers, electrically.

Just got my LWB's. I can't compare to 18 way seats but they have decent comfort for full bucket seats. A lot depends on how big you are. Generally speaking, if you wear XL clothes it will be a tight fit. Good for tracking but may be no Bueno for daily use. Just my opinion.
And as Bronson mentioned, adjustments are limited to seat height only.

I don't have them yet, but have sat in them, but they are just as comfortable as the previous generation GT2 seats that I have in my gen 2 GT3 and have logged 45,000 mi in them.
I have logged seat times of 10+ hours and exit the car refreshed!
This was not the case in my previous gen 1 GT3 when they were not available.
The back support is the best ever much better than sofa-seats!

I have both, in two different cars.

The 991 LWBs are similar to the 997 LWBs in terms of comfort, but not as comfortable as the current 18 way seats in the 991.

However, after I inserted a $10 lumbar cushion, the comfort level is much, much better ... There is minimal adjustability, however. So, depending on your body (size/shape/age) and how you like your seats to fit, the LWBs still may not be all that comfortable for you.

Just throwing this out there. I sat in LWB and I am 6'2" 265 with an athletic build and I found them to be comfortable. I have also sat in 18 ways and they allow you to "move around" in the seat more whereas the LWB you are "locked in" Just my .02

FWIW, the LWB seats are more comfortable when wearing a helmet... my head is not pushed forward as much.

I have the 18 way seats in my TTS, much more comfortable than the LWB in my GT3. Especially if your driving more than an hour. Don't get me wrong I love the buckets and can't wait to hit the track, but I'm keeping my TTS because it's so much more comfortable.

Besides the extra padding the lumbar support in the 18w is huge

I have the 18 way seats in my 2015 GT3 it's a very nice and comfortable seat. I'm going to install my GT2 seats which I had in my 2010 GT3 I'm also going to install a GMG roll bar with Schroth harnesses.
For me they were a very comfortable and safe seat. Would drive them 2 to 6 hours with no problems.

One thing I wish I could have install the new GT3 Club seats in my 2015 GT3. Was talking to PCNA yesterday I asked them if I could get a set of GT3 Club seats they said no they will only fit in GT3 2015 new orders!

I'm the other side of this coin, I don't like all the extra padding in the 18-ways. I much prefer the LWBs for long drives - have done a couple of 3-4 hour stints in them and was much more comfortable than doing them in 18-ways.

I like a very firm seat so for me the 18-ways are just too soft.

To answer the OP - LWB adjust height and forward/back only. There is no seat back adjustment, as they are fixed buckets.

How easy is it to get in and out of the LWB's? Not a show stopper for me but I've heard it takes a bit of effort and just wondering that over time if this becomes a PITA that could outweigh the ergonomic/driving advantages? Txs.

I don't think it's difficult at all, but probably takes an extra 5 seconds or so vs 18-ways. If I had to come up with a for me is when I forget to take stuff out of my pockets - it makes it pretty irritating.
