Three Wheelin'
I mounted a U.S. Millworks quick release bracket. Go to website and look at video If you don't like off center application then it's not for you. Can adjust how off center you want it.

You could always use something like this!
Hide away plate. Cop pulls you over, push the button and up it comes! "What do you mean officer? I have a plate!"

I had the same question. The video claims it stayed put to 143 mph. If you're planning on going faster, maybe consider putting more magnets, and doing what Alan C suggested (bending the plate to conform to the shape of the bumper, although you might have to melt/alter the plastic holder (if using one) to do that). You could also add double sided tape for any occasion where you'd plan to go that fast. But presumably on track you'd take it off, and there probably aren't too many occasions to hit high speeds elsewhere regularly. If you try this, please let us know what you think.

As much as I hate front plates, I have to say any cop who allows the motorist to retrieve a plate from the trunk, frunk or otherwise, IS doing said motorist a big favor. Having a plate in a location other than where it is required by law is an infraction. If the cop allows otherwise, it's a treat.
Sorry for the ramble. There are bad cops, bad lawyers and bad doctors. I just want to give cred to the good ones.

However, some states, like Texas (and the City of Austin in particular) have made it almost impossible to run without one, so there is the dilemma. After three pull overs, I already know what's coming on the GT3, so just prepping my self to best mitigate while 'comply'.

No one disagrees with that of course. However, some states, like Texas (and the City of Austin in particular) have made it almost impossible to run without one, so there is the dilemma.
