How do you find out if its on a truck? My dealer only can tell me that the car has been PDI and monroney'd. The cars now just magically appear at the dealer with no idea when they will go out on truck

+1. My dealer says that the last thing he hears is "released to transport" and then some day a truck appears and drops off the car. He says he never knows when the car is actually loaded up or when the truck is going to appear.

It figures. You're 1000 miles from the port - I'm about 100 miles and still haven't seen hide nor hair of it. My salesman took the day off today and I couldn't get it today if it does come in. So I figured that would guarantee its arrival today. But even that isn't working...

I'm in Southern California. My GTS was finally delivered to my dealer today, all of 100 miles from the port. It'll be ready for pickup tomorrow, but I may end up passing on it after all -- in favor of a GT3 that just landed from the Artesia Leader. That was the next boat after the Glovis Companion, which arrived in San Diego yesterday, 1/7.
