What's the parking situation like at lunch? I'm committed to bringing the 918, but I'm not keen on leaving it parking in Timbuktu. I might have to eat in the car.

We'll just have to make sure you're surrounded by GT3s to make sure your baby is protected by being surrounded by other babies. I'm sure you'll have plenty of volunteers wanting to park next to her.

If RUF RS brings his 72 RS, he'll need the same treatment.

By the way, it's a fairly sizable lot.

I've had the RS in far, far worse. It's rare and valuable and really nice...but still get's the crap driven out of it....

I just received a PM suggesting a meet at a different location. It's actually a better meet location for a reason I'll explain in a moment. However, because the meet location has been set for awhile, I'm reluctant to change the location in case someone doesn't read the update, and stands around waiting wondering where the heck eveyone is located and thinking HFM is an ****. So, we're keeping Starbucks as our meet location.

The proposed new meet location was for Gelsons. 22277 Mulholland Highway Calabasas, CA 91302. I'm told there is a large parking lot. What I think we'll do is head there after Starbucks since it's on route anyways. We're just going to congregate there for a moment to make sure everyone in the caravan is present. This is because the best way to get on to Topanga is off of Ventura Blvd turning left. In doing so, not everyone may make the turn before the light changes. So, a quick meet at Gelsons will insure we're all together. From there, we'll just go on our way.

Next time, we'll look to Gelsons as a meet point.

Dan (appreciates the suggestion)

hfm, you should edit the title of the thread and insert the date. I went looking for the actual date and it was pretty difficult to find (not that I will be there but I would love to)

Thanks. Now I need to go change Boldy to Boldly on another thread!

Eh, it changes the title in the post, but not in the forum thread title.
