Default Market of used gt3

Hey guys I'm thinking about selling the gt3!! I love the car but I'd rather put money into a business and grow something. I'm not too familiar with the market so if anyone has a better knowledge Id really appreciate it... Car is 141 sticker.

Thanks again

I'll save you the hassle of selling it and take it for $125k right now.

Let me see if I can help. Without knowing any other details about the car, you need to decide whether to sell it privately, or through a dealership. My guess would be that the dealership will give you maybe about 5% less than MSRP, maybe a few more points but I doubt they would reach 10% off. I think for private sale, through eBay, auto trader and the others, you should be safe asking for MS RP and expecting a few thousand off negotiated there. These are rough estimates based on what I'm seeing on the market. I hope it helps

There's a Vehicle Marketplace here.

You could post it there and use it as a litmus test of sorts.

I've noticed some people would rather avoid paying the nominal Rennlist membership fee required to list a car for sale in the RL Classifieds and instead post a "feeler" thread.

Pay a few bucks, support the site. You own a Porsche, it won't kill you. Just sayin'.

The market defense toy calmed down now. No more premiums over stickers. But it hold its value still. IF you want a divorce you got to pay the dues

A feeler thread is just that isn't it? If I knew what the market was (price related) and was at least someone positive I wanted to sell the car then I would put it in the market place. Why waste my time and someone else's time if I'm not 100 percent serious of selling my car.

Great feeler thread!!! Usually people who are gonna plunk down their $$$ on a car want to know at least some of the basics like: color, miles, options, where you are located, etc.... Don't be a chooch. Get the cobwebs out of the wallet and pony up the $17 for membership.

As the last allocations dry up why not ask close to MSRP? Worst case you lower it after a bit of time on market.
