And speaking of the elements..... the North Atlantic is not a fun place to be right now!
The Good Ship Lollipop is staying north of this big low pressure Gale.
And Clover Ace is sitting back in the English Channel.
From the maps you can see our ship is in 4-5 foot seas and
25-30 knot winds. My bet is Kentucky Highway will try to bee-line
for Newfoundland and depending on where Gonzalo is in 4-5 days
maybe sneak into the Gulf of St. Lawrence for smoother seas.
This is wild. Who knew?
Lots of stories out there about losing cars at sea...
I'm such a PINGER!
Heading SW now and picking up speed!
4 Days now. Wisteria Ace is ahead by a lot!
But that's good. She has 14s on board that have to delivered
first before we get our cars,
I just heard from my dealer he informed me my car is on Kentucky Highway arriving in Davisville, RI on 10-24. Should be able to pick her up by the end of the month!!!!

I suspect it will be in Davisville before the 10/24 although that is what the Porsche website is indicating. I know that the Wisteria Ace is two or three days ahead of the Kentucky Highway and our ship may lose a day or two waiting for the earlier ship to be unloaded. It can easily take 7 to 10 days to get the car to your dealer depending upon activity at the port. My last car was at the port for 3 weeks waiting for PCNA to release it - it was an early 991 Cab that they were holding for an official release date. End of the month/early November is probably a good bet.

Your dealer has not "pinged" her! Hahhhaha
Thar she blows! This is 2 hours old.
Looks like she'll be there Monday 10/20. She has to hustle and get by
Gonzalo! She has nice following seas! Speed up to ~17 knots. I will be watching this very closely over the next few days!
UPDATE!!!!!
KY HWY will take her broadside!
And have a heck of a following sea.
WHAT A GAME OF CHICKEN!
Here are the latest positions as of one hour ago and
some overlays.
It's going to be close.
Yep, I'm guessing a ~10/20 ETA into port given the distance & speed. My dealer says it's usually a 5-10 day time to E. Coast delivery after that...she's close!!!!!!!
