Unbelievably sad. Condolences to family and friends.
Mind rushing to find reasons why it could not have happened to me, but really all we can do is try to improve the odds with safety equipment and caution... Be safe.

Very sad, condolences to the families. I hope this tragic outcome at least contributes to the future safety of others by raising awareness of risks.
