I have already asked. They said I need to buy and change it by myself.

I brought my car in after I purchased my car and the service guys changed them in about 5 minutes, no charge.

you can order the part from the dealership, but it's about 150 dollars for two, but expensive, and it's very easy to install

Just pinged my dealer, Porsche of the Main Line, and they didn't hesitate to agree to swap them out before delivery at no cost to me.

The video does indeed make it look very easy. I wouldn't let that guy get that close to my paint with a screwdriver in his hand though!

My "Fire Orange" Lime Rock M3 the orange side marker was an OK match

agreed. That video has taken a lot of crap for the screwdriver handling...

My side markers did not want to release using the technique in the video. I ended up removing the headlight assembly (very easy to do) so I could access the side marker retaining clip from behind. An alternative method, FWIW....
