why yes....there should be at least 20 cars (just auctioned) out there somewhere at dealers throughout country you should be able to test drive. Do some searching and 1 will pop up

Yeah, I'd love to be able to rent one for a day--if for no other reason than to determine whether I have a garage entry issue. Oh well.....

Not sure where you live, but my dealer offered me a test drive on their GT3 before I pulled the trigger on a Turbo. They still have it on the lot, so PM me if interested. It's a a white 2014, new engine, looks nice.

If you want to drive one first, I would suggest a trip to Exotics Racing in Las Vegas, you can make it a day tip. I did in July and it made me very comfortable with the choice. it is about $400 for 56 laps and $400 for a ticket, it is an expensive test drive, but before you spend $150K it is good to know if you like the car. The track is short, about 1.2 miles but you can run the car flat out and it will give you a good feel for things.

With a list that long, people must have found allocations elsewhere and/or had deposits at multiple dealers

Not sure these posts are topical or relevant anymore.

There are open configurable allocations at just about every dealership in the US.

At this point, if you can't find one you probably couldn't hit water falling out of a floating barge.
