^You nailed it. Short run. Nobody knows why but I think the ~ 2 months of production they lost is what hurt them. I think they will make as many as they can thru Dec and then move on to the RS and other projects. Does not mean it was a failure. The car is that good. May be a big loss on their 2014 financials.
Dealers are only getting a few cars for allocation and most all are sold out. My local dealer called me as they had 1 allocation and selling at MSRP. We were on the phone trying to work a way to get me out of my GTS and ...BAM it was sold from under us.
Oh well...I don't need this car...would be cool to have one but I'm not desperate to get one and give my GTS away and pay over MSRP on a 991 GT3
