steel rotor replacement
Folks, 5 track days later and the front rotors are shot. Will probably use project Mu pads if available, does anyone know if better wearing Brembo or other rotors are available yet?

That's not good news I imagine your GT3 is PCCB equipped. I have a car in the shop right now that we are trying to convert as well. Customer had a bad experience with his Ferrari 458 CCM's. Doesn't want a repeat with the GT3. Were you tracking with stock Pagid Pads? Pagid also has their track CCM compound (RSC). Endless has their W008 and W007 compounds. We were hoping the larger size PCCB rotors would hold up better. He has 3 track days scheduled over the next two months.
Here is what I have found out so far. I have been in contact with Movit and RacingBrake to see what options we have. Movit has their CER conversion Rotors. Racingbrake is developing similar as well as steel conversion rotors in stock PCCB sizes. Just not sure how practical they will be in those diameters. He is also working on a complete steel conversion with Calipers and all in 390fr/380rr. Similar to stock steel GT3 setup.
I will post an update once we get more info.

better and more practical (less expensive) brake options is a must for track duty and looks to be the same issue with 991 GT3. Warren at RB brakes are working hard to come up with options that will help. So glad he got my light weight steel rotors 390 mm front and 380 mm rear all sorted out - for my Z06 which is the same size as GTR so brake pads options are vast compare with expensive and limited brake pads options for ceramic. Here is my write up for your reference http://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/...n-for-ccm.html

Hello Everyone, I figured I would post this here. I would like to officially introduce myself. My name is Mike and I have been working with Warren at RacingBrake to develop these different kits for the GT3. My shop, Advance Performance, is located in Tampa FL. Due to the lack of an iron kit and at the request of a few of my local customers, we reached out to Warren to help solve this problem and bring these different kits to fruition. Fortunately one of our good customers was willing to lend us his vehicle for an extended period of time to do the R&D. Now we are pleased to be able to offer quite a few different options that are desperately needed for the new 991 GT3.
As you can see from Warren's posts, These offerings are of the highest quality and are geared toward the track customer who is looking for the best. We hope that we will be able to satisy everyone with the different kits that are designed to address the different needs of Gt3 owners.
The first kits that will be available will be the full blown BBK's. These kits will be offered in 3 different rotor sizes. We are also working with Forgeline wheels to make sure we can supply compatible 19" wheels for the first two kits.

For the customer looking for just an iron rotor conversion in the stock PCCB sizes we are offering the following kit. These kits will have everything necessary to convert including street pads and the availability of track pads specifically designed for the RB rotor.

Lastly Warren has designed a CCM replacement kit utilizing Surface Transform's CCM-X rotor. These rotors will be in OE sizes and compatible with the stock PCCB Calipers.

In lieu of our help with developing these kits, Warren has asked us to take charge of the sales here on Rennlist. I will eventually be creating a group buy thread to facilitate pre-orders as well as establishing a Rennlist discount in an effort to support the community.
If anyone has any questions, please feel free to PM me.
I would also like to officially thank Keith Henthorne (owner of the GT3 we used) for the donation of his car which has really helped expedite this development.
