Anyone pay below MSRP?
Has anyone paid below MSRP for a 2015 GT3? This link (hoping it works) suggests that some have:

Well in Dubai it is pretty much sticker price from authorized dealer. But I have been told that I may be able to negotiate a discount from Abu Dhabi dealer.
UAE is turbo land of course. They love the luxury sports cars here.

Nope. Check the link.
But, Edmunds says average price paid is MSRP: http://www.edmunds.com/porsche/911/2015/?sub=gt3

It is true that most dealers do hold to MSRP but if you have a good previous relationship with your sales guy he might be willing to give you a little discount. All depends on the individual and management.

I am sure there are those that probably paid a little below MSRP and probably more of an occurrence after "stop sale" to their loyal Customers but it will be far and few between.

Did he factor in the 1K deposit?
When you start off with "I know a guy", its 50% BS already. Go to your local dealer and see what you can get for a GT3. Better yet, start a thread with:
" How much for a GT3 at your local dealer" Please report even if no stock, you'll be more helpful to everyone.

Like I said before, I'm willing to give it a try, and will sell it if it doesn't meet expectations. Not a lot of financial risk, other than risk associated with balling it up at the track, which insurance can mitigate.
