OK. INTERESTING. I can see the weight benefits but there is a reduction in pad swept area assuming a pad usually sweeps to within a few mm to the edge of the disc. Its serious isnt it if they were that much of a good idea youd wonder why MovIt and Brembo werent making them!

P.S. do you have a clear skin on that top shot or is that the factory orange peel effect in the paint?

Im seriously liking these P101 in "satin bronze" on the white 991 GT3. Where can I get pricing and are there more sohots from different angles (and natural light) of them on the white Dubai car?

Can someone post the weights please?

Yeah, I think the weight saving actually works well for the street where the performance window is so much smaller.

While I don't love the car, I have to say it is a much better car to drive than I thought it would be. You can get it to rotate in corners, throttle steer and the chassis is actually very good. The big negatives are the weight and brakes. A big positive is a german V8 with 8,500 redline that are going the way of the dodo...

That said, I'll probably trade it in when my GT3 arrives and pick up a Targa to replace it in the spring for DD. Sadly, I need a car with a back seat for my son.

Yes, it has a clear bra from the mirrors forward.

If any of you are Los Angeles we have the P104 on display. We also have a number of the color samples for anyone to view.

For those of you that may not know me, my name is Guy Atherton and I worked at HRE for almost 14 years as their domestic sales manager. I have now joined the Wheel Enhancement team. We are one of HRE's largest distributors and we specialize in Porsche.

I agree with the comments on the about the P40. My take is that the P1 Series will remain pretty exclusive. When the P40 originally came out, it was a great value for the quality of the wheel. Fast forward to 2014 and you now have the P1 which is the pinnacle of wheel design and engineering. That does come with a price and that is why I feel it will remain exclusive.

If you guys have Center Lock applications the P106 is a great unique option. It will ONLY work on 6 lug and Center Lock applications. Considering Vipers aren't flying off the showroom floors it's a great way to separate yourself from the pack.

If anyone would like to come by, feel free anytime. You can also email me at guy@wheelenhancement.com or call me directly at 760-550-1266

We're battling that with competitive pricing, increasingly complex designs and custom finishes that further make each set unique (and we encourage it).

Currently, there's just a handful of 991 GT3 owners in the world with a P101 set, for example. So, looking at the glass half-full, it'll be a while before you see a set on a GT3 rolling down your street as PAG did their homework - we're fans of the OEM wheels and that's a tremendous rarity for us
I'm not just refering to 991 GT3, I'm talking about across all the car manufacturers...

The design for the P101 has become quite popular very quickly, and considering a set for these will cost around $10k when said and done I'd rather have something more unique and go with another model.

Ah, true...Enter the P104 Hope this rendering helps give you an idea of what a Satin Bronze P104 set would look like on the vehicle, Nate. Let us know if you'd like to see another finish on there.

Thanks for the render - looks great!

Will need to figure out which color to go with, my GT3 is currently on order in Guards Red, so maybe Satin Black or Satin Gold would look best... I can still change the car's color, so will think on it this weekend.

If you could make an 18" wheel that would fit the new GT3, you would have a winner for sure!
Or a 19" if 18 just won't work.

We actually had someone local, however, they got cold feet and bowed out. If you know anyone in SoCal (non-PCCB'ed) that'd like to be apart of a fun project, let us know

I love this wheel and seriously was considering it before seeing the price. It looks gorgeous but a little too much $ for me...
